Very nice work. I love the impact and the dark emotion this brings. And epic rain effect, pare.

Just some things though:
Lighting on his face is a bit off. That is unless he has a lightbulb inside his hood. :p Consider a secondary lightsource - maybe below the character at the front? This could add a surrealistic effect to it.

Probably add a bit more wet effect to the leather. Shiny wet effects.

And I think that this would do a lot better if the piece was taller. Maybe Robin could be holding something - batman's torn hood for example. Just to add a story aspect to the whole piece.

Oh and maybe add a blurred cityscape in the background. If this was imagined to be in Gotham, that is. :)

All in all, very nice.

Really great job, man.
Arkham City is pretty awesome, but i think Tim Drake a better robin, Grayson born to be nightwing!
